Use like decoction,put a slice of chaga in a pan and add 3 liters of water. Let warm up on slow heat for hours, don't boil it. Can be used in aqueous and alcoholic maceration. You can use a part of the decoction,in this case add water in proportion.The same piece or sllice of chaga can be use 3 times at least. You can add different types of teas and plants.Chaga can be add on juices, smoothies and more elaborated cooking preparation.Chaga is suitable especially with cofee and cocoa. Pure chaga solution can be keep on cooler for 4 days. Drink it fresh or hot.
Used like tea,drop 1 tea spoun of ground chaga in a cup filled in the quarter of its capacity of boiling water and let infuse 15 minutes. Filter and add some boiling water in the cup to fill it.
